Removal Details

• Lots 1 through 23 must be removed by January 20th. There is no loading dock or onsite forklift available.
• For loading assistance an appointment must be made with Tyler 509-431-5553
• Lot numbers 95 through 639 must be removed by January 16th. There is no flexibility in the removal dates and times, all items remaining after January 16th will be disposed of with no refunds. Furniture and appliance buyers please bring proper tooling and hand carts for disassembly and loading 
• Designated Removal Times: 
• January 13th 9:00 to 3:00
• January 14th 9:00 to 3:00
• January 16th 9:00 to 1:00

Due to sellers moving we are not able to offer any flexibility with removal details. Please be certain you are able to meet specific guidelines before bidding. 

Sales Tax-

Lot 1-185 are sales tax exempt.

Lot 186-639 Washington State Sales Tax is Applicable
