Auction Details

| 2 Day Auction | Auction Ring One will close on Thursday (lots 1000-5000) Auction Ring Two will close on Friday (lots 100-600) |
| Bidder Approval |
A credit card will be required to register. A $250 authorization hold is placed to the card on file. |
| Buyers Premium |
A 10% Buyer's Premium on individual lots of $2,500 or less and 2% on individual lots of $2,501 and more |
| Bid Extension |
Bid Extension is on. Each lot will not close until bidding activity is complete on that lot. |
| Linked Lots |
Like-Kind items may be linked. This is noted by coordinating letters on appropriate lots. Linked lots will not close until all bidding activity is complete in that linked set. |
| Payments |
You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment instructions and payment links will be provided. Invoices $250 or less will be automatically charged to your card on file. |
| Removal |
All Items Must Be Removed by November 10, 2022 from Eltopia. Office will be open Monday-Friday from 9:00-4:00 for removal and Saturday November 5from 8:00 am-12:00 pm. Closed on Sunday, November 6 |
| Sales Tax |
Washington State Sales Tax applicable, unless noted on the lot description. |
| Next Auction | Our next auction will be on December 15th. We will begin accepting items on November 28 - December 8, Monday - Friday. Please call us if you would like to participate in that sale. |
