A 10% Buyer's Premium on individual lots of $2,500 or less and 2% on individual lots of $2,501 and more |
| Bid Extension |
Bid Extension is on. Each lot will not close until bidding activity is complete on that lot. |
| Linked Lots |
Like-Kind items may be linked. This is noted by coordinating letters on appropriate lots. Linked lots will not close until all bidding activity is complete in that linked set. |
| Payments |
You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment instructions and payment links will be provided. Invoices $250 or less will be automatically charged to your card on file. |

| Eltopia Removal | Booker office will be closed December 18th and December 22nd-25th in observance of Christmas. We will be open on Saturday, December 17th from 8:00am - 12:00pm. Please remove all items by December 21, 2022 |
