A credit card will be required to register. A $250 authorization hold is placed to the card on file. |
| Buyers Premium |
A 10% Buyer's Premium on individual lots of $2,500 or less and 2% on individual lots of $2,501 and more |
| Bid Extension |
Bid Extension is on. Each lot will not close until bidding activity is complete on that lot. |
| Linked Lots |
Like-Kind items may be linked. This is noted by coordinating letters on appropriate lots. Linked lots will not close until all bidding activity is complete in that linked set. |
| Payments |
You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment instructions and payment links will be provided. Invoices $250 or less will be automatically charged to your card on file. |
| Removal |
All Items Must Be Removed by September 27, 2022 from Eltopia. Offsite Items please check individual lot for removal. Eltopia office will be open Monday-Friday from 9:00-4:00 for removal and Saturday September 24 from 8:00 am-11:00 am. Closed on Sunday, September 25 |
