| Bidder Approval |
A credit card will be required to register. A $250 authorization hold is placed to the card on file. |
| Buyers Premium |
A 10% Buyer's Premium on individual lots of $2,500 or less and 2% on individual lots of $2,501 and more |
| Bid Extension |
Bid Extension is on. Each lot will not close until bidding activity is complete on that lot. |
| Linked Lots |
Like-Kind items may be linked. This is noted by coordinating letters on appropriate lots. Linked lots will not close until all bidding activity is complete in that linked set. |
| Payments |
You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment instructions and payment links will be provided. Invoices $250 or less will be automatically charged to your card on file. |
| Removal |
All Items Must Be Removed by July 1, 2022 from Eltopia. Offsite Items please check individual lot for removal. Eltopia office will be closed on June 25 and 26 and July 4 |

| Sales Tax |
