Bidder Approval 
A credit card will be required to register. A $250 authorization hold is placed to the card on file.
Buyers Premium
A 10% Buyer's Premium on individual lots
Bid Extension
Bid Extension is on.  Each lot will not close until bidding activity is complete on that lot. 
Linked Lots
Like-Kind items may be linked. This is shown by coordinating letters on linked lots. Linked lots will not close until all bidding activity is complete in that linked set.
Payments 
Invoices with instructions and payment links will be provided after the auction. Invoices $250 or less will be charged to your card on file.
Removal 
Designated Removal Dates in the lot Description. All Items must be removed by August 15, 2024

Additional Fees Disassembly of the stalls is provided at the expense of the buyer. This expense will be added on to your invoice. Any expense is included in the lot description of the appropriate lots. There is no Buyers Premium added to the disassembly cost, just purchase price.
