Who will take the plunge? You have your choice between three NOA presidents: current president Jared Gutierrez, and past presidents Delbert Gehrke and Doug Bulgrin.

This works similar to a dunk tank: bid for your guy to take the plunge. The president  with the highest amount of bids will take the plunge on Friday, June 28 and Mirror Lake off the Glenn Highway in Chugiak (between Palmer and Anchorage) on the way back from our ag tour in Palmer.

Doug Bulgrin: When not selling onions for Gumz Farms, he is spending time with his family competing in tractor pulls in the summer, hunting in the fall and snowmobiling in the winter. He was president of the NOA fro 2020 to 2022.

Did he shoot snow your way once, peeling out on his snowmobile? Did he beat you by a second in that one summer tractor pull? He may have even harvested more than you on his latest turkey hunt. Whatever your reason, Doug Bulgrin is a great target to plunge. And being from Wisconsin. He can handle the cold.
